About Taron Hall

Ever since he joined his elementary school choir at the age of 7, Taron’s been hooked on singing and performing. He started his first band when he was 12 years old and wrote his own songs and performed at skating rinks around Richmond, B.C. and competed in their Battle of the Bands against musicians all older than him. A charismatic entertainer throughout his teens, he in his 20’s got picked up by a local Vancouver band named Pleasure who along with Taron recorded a CD which received all kinds of radio play around B.C. They came 2nd in the C-Fox Vancouver Seeds competition and were nominated for best new band in the Westcoast Music awards.

Taron learned to sing through some very recognized teachers who have taught some fabulous singers such as Sarah McLachlan and Biff Naked but it wasn’t until he began taking lessons from Spencer Welch, a Master teacher of the IVA method, when he found himself correcting his lifelong bad vocal habits which led to poor vocal range and stamina.

Amazed at how this technique fixed his issues, Taron made it his passion to help others free up their voices and to sing to their true potential. After 3 years learning the IVA method, Taron decided to take the courses to learn how to teach it to others so they too can experience how amazing it is to have the vocal range and flexibility they’ve always dreamed of.
